🚚 Shipping and Returns
The time between payment/completion of the order and receipt of it at your address will depend on your geographic location and will always be a combination between production time and production time normal shipping:
1) Design creation time: 1 to 2 business days
2) Production time: 2 to 4 business days
3) Shipping time (with tracking number included*):
Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 business days - €3.95
Madeira/Azores: 2 to 4 working days - €6.95
Spain: 3 to 5 working days - €5.95
Rest of Europe: 4 to 8 business days - €11.95
Our EU customers will not need to pay extra fees customs.
Rest of the world: 5 to 15 business days - €15.00

Production: All iFrame® personalized plaques and frames are produced in crystal acrylic to guarantee their best resistance and durability. Prints on crystal acrylic are made directly to achieve the best quality of print detail.
Color: It is important to note that there may be a 5% to 10% color difference between the original and the printed version. This is due to natural variations in the printing process and color settings. Photographs should not have cropped faces and should be as centered as possible. Regarding their luminosity, we do not recommend choosing very dark photographs as the difference in black tones after printing, combined with the low quality of the photograph, can result in a bad result.
Sustainability: 95% of all materials used in our products are organic and sustainable!
🛡️ Warranty
All products are protected by a 1-year warranty (after collection by the customer).
If your personalization doesn't live up to what we promised, we'll reprint it or give you your money back. To do this, you simply need to return the product in the condition you received it!
Our warranty only covers plates that have any visible damage arising solely and exclusively from normal use of the product.

Frequently Asked Questions
All custom plaques and frames with light are produced from crystal acrylic to ensure the best strength and durability. Prints on crystal acrylic are made directly to achieve the best quality of detail in the print.
iFrame® products have NO vinyl, NO glue and NO stickers. Unlike other personalized products, our printed text and images will NOT rub off, "peel off" or appear crooked.
The printing used on personalized plates is direct printing to ensure maximum detail and print quality.
Customization depends on the model in question. All customizable fields will be available and visible for you to fill in!
iFrame® custom plaques may only be available in 2 different sizes:
A5 size: 14.8cm x 21cm
A4 size: 21cm x 29.7cm
The customizable light frames are produced with plates with a different size to those announced above (13.8cm x 20cm).
