The time between payment/completion of the order and receipt at your address will depend on your geographical location and will always be a combination of the production time and normal shipping time:
Design creation time: 2 to 3 business days
Production time: 2 to 4 business days

Continental Portugal: 1 to 3 business days - 3.95€
Madeira/Azores: 2 to 4 business days - 6.95€
Spain: 3 to 5 business days - 5.95€
Rest of Europe: 4 to 8 business days - 11.95€
Our EU customers will not need to pay extra customs fees.
