Shipping Policy
The time between completing your order (with payment confirmation) and receiving it at your address will depend on your geographical location and will always be a combination of production time (1) and shipping time (2).

(2) Shipping time (with tracking number included):
- Mainland Portugal - 1 to 2 business days - €3.90
- Madeira/Azores (Sea) - 9 to 15 business days - €5.90
- Madeira/Azores (Air) - 6 to 9 business days - €9.90
- Spain - 2 to 4 business days - €4.90
- Rest of Europe - 4 to 8 business days - €9.90
- Rest of the World - 5 to 15 business days - €20.00
Important notes
- Our EU customers will not need to pay extra customs fees.
- The tracking code is sent by email and only starts being updated after the order is dispatched.
- Shipping times are in business days and estimated as they may vary due to delivery failures, carrier, weather conditions, holiday seasons, among others.
- The total production and shipping time is counted only after payment confirmation.
