Returns

At iFrame each piece is carefully created from the data you send us and is unique to you. Due to the personalized nature of iFrame.pt products, we cannot accept returns due to remorse under art. 17 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

The iFrame only accepts returns when:
- There is a manufacturing defect*;
- A personalization is sent wrong, with size or incorrect printing;
- There are damage or harm during shipping.

If you received a personalization that is defective, wrong, or damaged due to shipping, we reprint or replace without any complications! For that, contact us by email within 48 hours after receiving the order and send clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label (with tracking number) to geral@iframe.pt and that you return the order in the same condition you received it!

All iFrame products are covered by a 1-year warranty (after receipt by the customer) and this warranty only covers personalizations that have visible damage resulting solely and exclusively from normal use.

*What is (and is not) a manufacturing defect: any clear production/finishing failure that compromises function or aesthetics is considered a defect (e.g., significantly cut/misaligned print, illegible/stained text, damage caused during manufacturing). Small finishing/alignment variations that do not harm the overall appearance, color/finish differences between screen and product or between batches, nor the dimensional tolerance of ±3 mm (site measurements are approximate) are not considered defects.

Note: The amount of initial shipping is non-refundable. If the error is ours (manufacturing defect, wrong personalization, or shipping damage), iFrame will cover the costs of the new shipment for the replacement.

 

Cancellations:

If you have already placed your order but changed your mind, you can change or cancel it up to 60 minutes after purchase confirmation. After this period, our team starts producing your order and we will not be able to cancel or change your request.

We maintain the legal conformity warranty applicable in Portugal/EU. If you detect a defect after normal use, inform us within 2 months of detection, with evidence (photos, etc.), so we can evaluate replacement, repair, or refund, when applicable.
