1. What is the material used in your plaques?

All iFrame® personalized plaques are produced in crystal acrylic to guarantee the best resistance and durability. The prints on crystal acrylic are directly made to achieve the best quality of detail in the print.

The iFrame® plaques DO NOT have vinyl, DO NOT have glue and DO NOT have stickers. Unlike other personalized plaques, our printed texts and images will NOT come off, "peel" or look crooked.

 

2. What can I personalize in my iFrame® plaque?

The customization of an iFrame® plaque depends on the model in question. All customizable fields will be available when creating your own plaque!

 

3. Which sizes do you have available?

The personalized iFrame® plaques are available only in 2 different sizes:

Size A5: 14.8cm x 21cm

Size A4: 21cm x 29.7cm

Our customizable frames are produced with plaques with a different size than those listed above (13.8cm x 20cm).

4. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

The time between payment/completion of the order and receipt of it at your address will depend on your geographic location and will always be a combination of the production time of the plates and normal shipping time:

Plaque production time: 6 to 8 business days

Normal delivery time (with tracking number included*):

Portugal: 1 to 3 business days - 3,95€

Madeira/Azores: 2 to 4 business days - 6,95€

Spain: 4 to 6 business days - 5,95€

Rest of Spain Europe: 4 to 8 business days - 11,95€

Our EU customers will not need to pay extra customs fees.

Rest of the world: 5 to 15 business days - €15.00€

The times shown are only estimates and therefore delivery times may vary. We inform you about this situation to avoid any type of lack of communication or dissatisfaction on the part of the customer.

 

5. How should I clean my personalized plaque?

To properly clean your iFrame® plaques, we recommend using a damp cloth/paper, using short, smooth movements, in areas that may have visible signs of use! We also recommend never using products that contain alcohol as they can easily damage the print and ruin your personalized plaque!

 

6. How can I add a support base to my order?

The wooden bases used to support the iFrame® plaques are not included but can be added to the order during order creation. To do this, it is only necessary to ensure that before payment/completion of the order, the support base is selected and subsequently correctly added to the order.

 

7. What is the type of printing used in your products?

The printing used on our personalized plaques is direct printing to ensure maximum detail and print quality.

8. Do the products come with warranty?

Yes. All iFrame® personalized plaques are protected by a 1 year warranty (upon receipt by the customer). Our warranty only covers boards that have visible damage arising solely and exclusively from normal use of the product.

9. Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders after payment / checkout. This impossibility includes:e inclui:

1. Change a plate characteristic or a size;
2. Change your delivery or billing address;
3. Add new products to the order;
4. Change shipping method.

If the order is sent with an incomplete or incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held responsible if the order does not reach the desired destination and/or disappears. Therefore, we are not responsible for the replacement / refund of the order.
