Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing us!

Order Returns:

To return a personalized plaque and receive a refund, all of the following points must be met:

• Is there any type of visible damage (printing error, acrylic damage, error in printed content, among others);
• Returns must be made within 14 working days of receipt;
• The return must be sent in the conditions of the original packaging and the products must be sent without any type of use.

In the return process, the customer will not be reimbursed for the initial shipping costs nor for the shipping costs paid in order to return the items.

iFrame.pt will not be responsible for any loss or damage during return or shipment.

Once the products are received and pass the quality inspection, we will issue a refund.

Order cancellations:

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been completed.
