How can I track my order?

Once the order has been placed, you will first receive a confirmation email:

 

 

As soon as the order has been prepared and shipped (through our logistics partner Batch Logistics) you will receive an email from Batch Logistics to consult, at any time, the tracking page for your order using the “Acompanhar Encomenda” button (example below).

 

 

 

On the "Acompanhar Encomenda" page, you will have access to all the details of your order, including the estimated delivery date.

Alongside the example email above, you will also receive all updates to your shipment via WhatsApp (example below).
