The details that matter.
Is there a discount if I don't join?
No. Black Friday codes are only sent by email to people on the list.
I already get your emails. Do I need to join?
Yes. The VIP list is separate from the newsletter, so join here to receive the codes.
How do the discounts and exceptions work?
10% off one gift, 20% off two and 30% off three or more eligible products. Mugs, tiles and extras (bases and engravings) do not count towards the three products and do not receive 30% off. Colour portraits: maximum 20% off. Full conditions will be in the email with your codes.
Will my gifts arrive in time for Christmas?
Black Friday lets you order ahead. Check the Christmas order deadlines for your destination and gift. VIP list orders have production priority.
How does the surprise for the first 50 orders work?
Orders count in the order their payment is confirmed. We'll reveal the surprise by email before 27 November.
Can I leave the list?
Yes. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
