The time between payment/completion of the order and receipt of it at your address will depend on your geographic location and will always be a combination of production time and normal shipping time:

Yes! It is possible to indicate the number of animals to draw in the customization part of your gift! If you want to add any extra comments to your drawing, write everything in the order notes before checkout!

Yes, only for the signs and light frame it is possible to change the background color of the portrait. All background colors will be available during customization!

The customization of your photograph on the t-shirts is done manually by our team of designers, order by order! Upload your best photograph, fill in all the available customizable fields, and try creating your own t-shirt!
No! Our team of designers will only focus on designing your pet, and therefore the background is not relevant. We only ask that the photograph is taken from the front, clearly and with good color, as in the examples presented in our custom products.

It is also possible to purchase the portrait in digital format. If you want to receive the digital portrait, you can take advantage of the 50% discount when purchasing together!

Unfortunately we can only place a single name on your order. This name must be that of the person who will receive the order at the address indicated, it can be the name of the customer or the name of the person who will receive the surprise!

All plaques, frames with light and custom frames are sent inside an iFrame gift box that serves as packaging. Unfortunately we do not offer a wrapping service for our box. Our custom clothing is sent together with a gift love bag (tote bag). Despite not being wrapped, the love bag can later be wrapped by you to give to someone special!
