How it is made
Embroidered stitch by stitch in our own workshop in Portugal. The raised embroidery gives the drawing texture and stands up to wash after wash. Unisex cut, from XS to XXL, in black, white, dark grey, navy blue, light pink, light blue or lilac. The measurements in the size chart are those of the garment; for women we usually recommend one size down.

Preview
No. The drawing is made by hand from your photo and then embroidered, so there is no preview on the page. The product images show the style of the line art.

What comes in the box
It arrives in its own iFrame gift box, decorated with hearts, with a card that reads «Esta caixa contém amor» (this box contains love) and a little bag of sweets. The person receiving it does not just get the product: they get the experience of opening a gift, ready to give without wrapping.

Changes
You can change or cancel up to 60 minutes after purchase, by email to geral@iframe.pt with your order number.

The time needed to receive your order includes production and delivery. Count in working days, from payment confirmation, for mainland Portugal:

• Lamps: 2 to 5 working days
• Tiles, mugs, frames and maps: 3 to 6 working days
• Clothing, necklaces and hand-drawn portraits: 4 to 7 working days

Returns
We only accept returns that meet the terms of our guarantee. See our Returns Policy.

All products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity against manufacturing defects. As every piece is personalised, we do not accept returns for a change of mind.

If it arrives with a defect, a personalisation error or transport damage, email geral@iframe.pt with photos and we will reprint or replace it at no cost.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear, misuse or damage after delivery, such as drops, humidity or damaged cables on the light base. Full conditions in our Returns Policy.
