The delivery time for your order depends on your location and results from the sum of the production time and the shipping time.

• 3 to 5 business days

🚚 Shipping time (with tracking number included*)

• Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 business days — €3.90
  
• Madeira/Azores (Maritime) - 9 to 15 business days — €5.90
  
• Madeira/Azores (Air) - 6 to 9 business days — €9.90
  
• Spain: 3 to 5 business days — €4.90
  
• Rest of Europe: 4 to 8 business days — €9.90
  (European Union customers do not pay additional customs fees)
• Rest of the world: 5 to 15 business days — €20.00
  

Important notes

1. Our EU customers will not need to pay extra customs fees.
2. The tracking code is sent by email and only starts updating after the order has been shipped.
3. Shipping times are in business days and are estimated as they may vary due to delivery failures, carrier issues, weather conditions, holiday seasons, among others.
4. The total production and shipping time is counted only after payment confirmation.
