Free therapy session with your gift
A gift for the couple. A session to care for the relationship.
From 20 to 31 October, when you buy a gift from the Couples collection, we offer you an online therapy session, individual or as a couple.
The offer is available in Portugal only, while places last. The campaign is limited to 100 sessions in total, including those assigned during early access.
The session comes with the eligible order. You do not need to subscribe to the newsletter or use a code to be entitled to it.
How do you book the session?
- Choose the gift, personalise it and complete the order.
- After payment confirmation, you receive the code and the access form by email.
- Fill in your preferences. At the end, you meet the professional who will accompany you and find the button to contact them on WhatsApp, with a message already prepared.
- You agree on the day and time together. The session is online and in Portuguese.
You have 30 days after the purchase to request your booking by filling in the form. You do not need a reply or a confirmed date within those 30 days: the session date is agreed with the professional, depending on both availabilities, with no deadline to hold it. If you do not request the booking within that period, the place may be given to someone else.
Therapy is also for those who are doing well.
It can be a space to get to know each other better, talk about the future or take care of something that worries you. You can take part with your partner or individually.
Frequently asked questions
How many sessions do I receive?
One session per eligible order, even if you buy several gifts. The offer is subject to availability.
Who will accompany me?
At the end of the form, you see the name, presentation and profession of the professional assigned. The selection considers the preferences you indicate and the places available.
Can I give the session to someone?
Yes. The session can be for you, for the two of you or to give to someone. Whoever uses it must meet the access conditions and the deadline to request the booking.
Do I have to continue after the free session?
No. If you want to continue, you agree the conditions directly with the professional.
Does iFrame have access to the conversation?
No. iFrame handles access to the offer but does not receive the content of the sessions.
And the 10% discount?
When you subscribe to iFrame emails in this campaign’s form, you receive a 10% discount code for the Couples collection, valid until 31 October 2026, 23:59 Lisbon time. The discount is an additional benefit: the session offer does not depend on subscribing or on the code.
