How it is made
Crystal-clear acrylic with direct printing onto the acrylic itself, with no vinyl or stuck-on images. A5 format, 14.8 by 21 cm. Wooden base to choose on the page (Support Base option); the bases with light plug in by USB, with no batteries, and give off a soft glow.

What comes in the box
It arrives in an iFrame gift box of its own, decorated with hearts, with a card that reads «Esta caixa contém amor» (this box contains love) and a little bag of sweets. The person receiving it does not just get the product: they get the experience of opening a gift, ready to give with no wrapping needed.

Delivery time
Made in Portugal. Plaques: 2 to 5 working days in mainland Portugal. Many ship within 1 to 2 working days.

Changes
You can change or cancel up to 60 minutes after purchase, by email to geral@iframe.pt with your order number.

The time needed to receive your order includes production and delivery. Count in working days, from payment confirmation, for mainland Portugal:

• Light-up plaques and lamps: 2 to 5 working days
• Tiles, mugs, frames and maps: 3 to 6 working days
• Clothing, necklaces and hand-drawn portraits: 4 to 7 working days

These are the times we guarantee. Many orders leave us within 1 or 2 working days and arrive earlier.

We deliver to Portugal, Spain and 17 other European Union countries. We currently do not deliver to other destinations.

Returns
We only accept returns that meet the terms of our guarantee. See our Returns Policy.

All products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity against manufacturing defects. As every piece is personalised, we do not accept returns for a change of mind.

If it arrives with a defect, a personalisation error or transport damage, email geral@iframe.pt with photos and we will reprint or replace it at no cost.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear, misuse or damage after delivery, such as drops, humidity or damaged cables on the light base. Full conditions in our Returns Policy.
