All personalized light panels and frames are made from crystal acrylic to ensure the best strength and durability. The prints on the crystal acrylic are done directly to achieve the highest quality of detail in the printing.

iFrame® panels DO NOT have vinyl, DO NOT have glue, and DO NOT have stickers. Unlike other personalized panels, our printing of text and images will NOT come off, "peel," or look crooked.

The time needed to receive your order includes production and delivery. Count in working days, from payment confirmation, for mainland Portugal:

• Light-up plaques and lamps: 2 to 5 working days
• Tiles, mugs, frames and maps: 3 to 6 working days
• Clothing, necklaces and hand-drawn portraits: 4 to 7 working days

These are the times we guarantee. Many orders leave us within 1 or 2 working days and arrive earlier.

Yes. All iFrame products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers visible damage resulting only from normal use of the product.

Unfortunately, we do not yet offer revision services for our line art portraits (on plaques, clothing, or digital format). Based on the feedback we have received, we are confident that customers will be satisfied with the creativity of our designers and the final result!

No! Whatever photo you want to transform into art, our team of designers will take care of drawing all the details and nuances so you have your best line art portrait!

Yes! If you don't have a photo together, you can send us two or more separately and we will try to combine them to create something special!

Definitely! Our customizations are widely used as gifts on special occasions: dating anniversaries, Valentine's Day, Christmas, among others.

Yes! It is also possible to purchase the portrait in digital format but only together with another (physical) product featuring the same portrait. If you want to receive the digital portrait, take advantage of the discounts before completing your order!

Unfortunately, we can only put one name on your order. This name should be the person who will receive the order at the indicated address; it can be the name of the customer themselves or the name of the person who will receive the surprise!

Yes. All our personalised gifts ship in an iFrame gift box, which works as the wrapping. We do not offer extra wrapping on top of the box.
