Yes. All personalizations are covered by a 1-year warranty (from the date of receipt by the customer). Our warranty covers all products with visible damage resulting solely and exclusively from normal use of the product.

Yes! You can also purchase the portrait in digital format, but only together with another (physical) product featuring the same portrait. If you'd like to receive the digital portrait, take advantage of the discounts before completing your order!

Unfortunately we can only include one name on your order. This name should be that of the person who will receive the order at the given address — it can be the customer's own name or the name of the person receiving the surprise!

All personalized lamps and frames are shipped inside an iFrame gift box that doubles as gift wrapping. Unfortunately, we don't offer a wrapping service on top of our gift box.

Our personalized clothing is shipped together with a free love bag (tote bag). Although it doesn't come wrapped, the love bag can then be wrapped by you to give to someone special!
