The time needed to receive your order includes production and delivery. Count in working days, from payment confirmation, for mainland Portugal:

• Tiles, mugs, frames and maps: 3 to 6 working days
• Clothing, necklaces and hand-drawn portraits: 4 to 7 working days

All products are covered by a 1-year warranty (starting when the customer receives the order).

Our warranty only covers personalized items showing visible damage caused solely and exclusively by normal use of the product.
