iFrame® products have NO vinyl, NO glue and NO stickers. Unlike other customs plaques, our printed text and images will NOT rub off, "peel off" or appear crooked.

The time between payment/completion of the order and receipt of it at your address will depend on your geographic location and will always be a combination between the production time and the normal shipping time:

Production time: 3 to 5 business days

Typical delivery time (with tracking number included*):

Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 business days - €3.95

Madeira/Azores: 2 to 4 working days - €6.95

Spain: 3 to 5 working days - €5.95

Rest of Europe: 4 to 8 business days - €11.95

Our EU customers will not need to pay extra customs fees.

Rest of the World: 5 to 15 business days - €15.00

Yes. All iFrame® personalized plaques are protected by a 1-year warranty (upon receipt by the customer). Our warranty only covers plaques that have any visible damage arising solely and exclusively from normal use of the product.
