Personalized sweatshirts are made with a weight of 280g and consist of 80% cotton and 20% recyclable polyester.All iFrame® sweatshirts are certified with the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 and PETA-Approved Vegan.

2. How does the purchase and customization work?

The customization of your photo on the t-shirts is done manually by our team of designers, order by order! Upload your best photo, fill in all the available customizable fields, and try creating your own t-shirt!

3. What sizes are available?

4. How long does an order take?

The time needed to receive your order includes production and delivery. 5. Is the portrait on the sweatshirt embroidered or printed?

On these hoodies and sweatshirts, the portrait is embroidered onto the fabric using the drawing made from your photo. The result also depends on how clear your photo is.Check the size guide before choosing your garment and follow the washing instructions on the label to care for the embroidery.

6. Do they have a warranty?

Yes. All iFrame products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers visible damage resulting only from normal use of the product.For more information about the warranty conditions, click here.

7. Can I give this as a personalized gift?

Definitely! Our customizations are widely used as gifts on special occasions: dating anniversaries, Valentine's Day, Christmas, among others.

8. Can I receive the portrait in digital format?

Yes! It is also possible to purchase the portrait in digital format but only together with another (physical) product featuring the same portrait. If you want to receive the digital portrait, take advantage of the discounts before completing your order!

9. Is it possible to send it with the name of the person I want to give it to?

Unfortunately, we can only put one name on your order. This name should be the person who will receive the order at the indicated address; it can be the name of the customer themselves or the name of the person who will receive the surprise!

10. Does the order come already wrapped?

Yes. All our personalised gifts ship in an iFrame gift box, which works as the wrapping. We do not offer extra wrapping on top of the box.Personalised clothing ships with a complimentary love bag, which also works as a gift bag.
