Production:
Lamps: All iFrame® lamps are made of crystal acrylic to ensure the best resistance and durability. The prints on the crystal acrylic are done directly to achieve the best print detail quality.
Frames: Our frames are available in 3 colors (Beige, Black, or White) and in two sizes (21x30cm or 40x30cm). They are locally produced in MDF with 2cm width and glass protection.
Color: It is important to note that there may be a color difference margin of 5% to 10% between the original and the printed version. This is due to natural variations in the printing process and color settings. Photographs should not have cut faces and should be as centered as possible. Regarding their brightness, we do not recommend choosing very dark photographs because the difference in black tones after printing, combined with low photo quality, can result in a poor outcome.
Sustainability: 95% of all materials used in our products are organic and sustainable!

The time between completing your order (with payment confirmation) and its delivery to your address will depend on your geographical location and will always be a combination of the production time (1) and shipping time (2).

All our custom frames are made from MDF and come with glass protection to ensure the best strength and durability. Our frames are available only in black, white, and beige and in the 2 sizes below:
Size 1: 21x30cm
Size 2: 30x40cm
All custom lamps are made from crystal acrylic to ensure the best strength and durability. The prints on the crystal acrylic are made directly to achieve the highest quality detail in the printing.
iFrame® lamps DO NOT have vinyl, DO NOT have glue, and DO NOT have stickers. Unlike other custom lamps, our printing of text and images will NOT come off, "peel", or look crooked.
Customization depends on the model in question. All customizable fields will be available and visible for you to fill in!
Our personalized iFrame® frames are available only in 2 different sizes:
Size 1: 21x30cm
Size 2: 30x40cm
Our frames are available only in black, white, and beige.
For our lamps, there is only one size available:
Size 1: 14.8x21cm
The time between payment/completion of the order and receipt of it at your address will depend on your geographic location and will always be a combination between production time and production time normal shipping:

Yes. In addition to being able to customize all text fields and the maps available in each model, you can also drag the pin to precisely mark your special place!
Unfortunately we can only place a single name on your order. This name must be that of the person who will receive the order at the address indicated, it can be the name of the customer or the name of the person who will receive the surprise!
All personalized lamps and frames are sent inside an iFrame gift box that serves as wrapping. Unfortunately, we do not offer wrapping service on top of our box.
Our personalized clothing is sent together with a complimentary love bag (tote bag). Although it does not come wrapped, the love bag can then be wrapped by you to give to someone special!
