Production: All custom iFrame® boards and frames are made from crystal acrylic to ensure the best strength and durability. The prints on the crystal acrylic are made directly to achieve the best quality of detail in the print.

Color: It is important to note that there may be a color difference margin of 5% to 10% between the original and the printed version. This is due to natural variations in the printing process and color settings. Photographs should not have cropped faces and should be as centered as possible. Regarding brightness, we do not recommend choosing very dark photographs as the difference in black tones after printing, combined with the low quality of the photograph, can lead to a poor result.

Sustainability: 95% of all materials used in our products are organic and sustainable!

All products are protected by a 1-year warranty (after receipt by the customer).

If you are not satisfied with the final result, please contact us. The satisfaction of our customers is one of our priorities, and we will always do our best to ensure that you are happy with your personalized piece.

Our warranty only covers customizations that have any visible damage resulting solely and exclusively from normal use of the product.

All our custom frames are made of MDF and feature a glass protection to ensure the best resistance and durability. Our frames are available only in black, white, and beige and in the 2 sizes below: Size 1: 21x30cm Size 2: 30x40cm
Customizations with star maps are created using real astronomical data to create an accurate map of the stars in the sky for the chosen date and location.

Yes. At the moment we only offer the option of the star map with a frame.
Yes! You can send it directly to the person who will receive the gift and, if you wish, add a personalized message.
All the little signs, light frames, and personalized pictures are sent inside a gift iFrame box that serves as wrapping. Unfortunately, we do not offer wrapping over our box.

Our personalized clothing is sent along with a love bag (tote bag) as a gift. Although it is not wrapped, the love bag can then be wrapped by you to give to someone special!
