Material: Five moments in the paw of the friend who follows you everywhere. In this frame we compose a paw with your pet's five favourite photographs, one in each pad, with their name taking centre stage and the phrases you choose underneath. It includes a physical frame (Beige, Black or White) in 2cm MDF with protective glass, available in three sizes (13x18cm, 21x30cm or 40x30cm), printed on premium paper and ready to hang.
Sustainability: We prioritize environmentally friendly materials, such as wood from sustainable forests and recycled cardboard packaging. Our frames are made with highly durable recyclable materials that ensure a long product lifespan. We continuously work to reduce environmental impact and make every detail more sustainable.

The time needed to receive your order includes production and delivery. Count in working days, from payment confirmation, for mainland Portugal:
- Light-up plaques and lamps: 2 to 5 working days
- Tiles, mugs, frames and maps: 3 to 6 working days
- Clothing, necklaces and hand-drawn portraits: 4 to 7 working days
These are the times we guarantee. Many orders leave us within 1 or 2 working days and arrive earlier.

Yes! It is possible to indicate the number of animals to draw in the personalization section of your gift!
If you want to add any extra comments to your drawing, write everything in the order notes before checkout!
We make portraits of pets and of people too. On this page you order your pet's portrait; portraits of people and couples are in the portraits collection. Each portrait is drawn by our team from the photo you upload, order by order.
No! Our team of designers will only focus on drawing your pet, so the background is not relevant.
We only ask that the photo try to be taken from the front, clearly and with good color, as in the examples shown in our personalized products.
Yes! It is also possible to purchase the portrait in digital format but only together with another (physical) product featuring the same portrait. If you want to receive the digital portrait, take advantage of the discounts before completing your order!

Unfortunately, we can only put one name on your order. This name should be the person who will receive the order at the indicated address; it can be the name of the customer themselves or the name of the person who will receive the surprise!
Yes. All our personalised gifts ship in an iFrame gift box, which works as the wrapping. We do not offer extra wrapping on top of the box.
