1. Are the portraits drawn by hand or using software?

All portraits (Line Art or Colored) are hand-drawn by our team of artists using digital pens and tablets. We are proud not to use software or filters.

2. Can you draw more than one pet in the same portrait?

Yes! It is possible to indicate the number of animals to draw in the personalization section of your gift!If you want to add any extra comments to your drawing, write everything in the order notes before checkout!

3. Can I change the background of the portrait?

Yes, only for the plaques is it possible to change the background color of the portrait. All background colors will be available during customization!

4. Do you only make portraits of animals or also of people?

No! Whatever photo you want to transform into art, our team of designers will take care of drawing all the details and nuances so you have your best line art portrait!

5. Does the background of my photograph make a difference?

No! Our team of designers will only focus on drawing your pet, so the background is not relevant.We only ask that the photo try to be taken from the front, clearly and with good color, as in the examples shown in our personalized products.

6. Can I receive the portrait in digital format?

Yes! It is also possible to purchase the portrait in digital format but only together with another (physical) product featuring the same portrait. If you want to receive the digital portrait, take advantage of the discounts before completing your order!

7. Can I give this as a personalized gift?

8. Can I put my pet's name?

Yes! Whether it's a sweatshirt or a frame, you can put your pet's name so that it stays next to your portrait.In the case of sweatshirts, it is possible to put the name on the sleeve, while on frames and plaques it is possible to place it over the portrait!

9. Do they have a warranty?

10. Is it possible to send it with the name of the person I want to give it to?

Unfortunately, we can only put one name on your order. This name should be the person who will receive the order at the indicated address; it can be the name of the customer themselves or the name of the person who will receive the surprise!

11. Does the order come already wrapped?

Yes. All our personalised gifts ship in an iFrame gift box, which works as the wrapping. We do not offer extra wrapping on top of the box.Personalised clothing ships with a complimentary love bag, which also works as a gift bag.
