What kind of photo works?
A sharp photo, with the face clearly visible and good lighting, no sunglasses and no harsh shadows. The original file from your phone is always better than a screenshot or a photo of a photo. For hand-drawn portraits and clothing, a simple background helps. If you're not sure, send us the photo at geral@iframe.pt before ordering and we'll let you know if it works.

On most products, yes: the page shows a preview as you add your photo. There's no preview for hand-drawn portraits and clothing, because we do the drawing ourselves.
