Quick answer: a personalised gift never arrives tomorrow, because it's made specially for one person. But if you have a week, almost everything arrives on time in mainland Portugal: light-up plaques take 2 to 5 working days, and mugs, tiles, frames and maps 3 to 6. With a week and a half, everything arrives, including necklaces, hand-drawn portraits and embroidered clothing, which take 4 to 7. Many orders ship in 1 or 2 working days and arrive sooner. Here are the real delivery times and the most popular ideas for each one.
We've all been there: the date is getting closer and the gift still doesn't exist. The temptation is to grab something from a shopping centre. But if you still have a few days, there's another option: choose something today that could only ever belong to that person, and let us take care of the rest in time. The rule is simple. We count working days from payment confirmation, and each product page shows the estimated delivery date before you buy.
If it's for tomorrow
No personalised piece is made in a matter of hours, so tomorrow isn't possible. If the gift really is for tomorrow, the best we can do is help you still get it right: order today and hand over a photo of the preview with a note saying it's on its way. Lots of people would rather have a gift made just for them a week late than any old gift on the day.
If it's for two or three days from now, ask us
We don't have an express service as such, but on request we can often produce the piece in 1 working day and ship it straight away. With delivery to mainland Portugal taking 1 to 3 working days, the gift can arrive in 2 to 4 working days. Email geral@iframe.pt before ordering, with the date you need it by and the product you want, and we'll tell you if it's possible.

Four things that help your order arrive faster
- Pay by MB Way or card: the delivery time counts from payment confirmation, and these confirm instantly.
- Send a sharp photo the first time, with the face clearly visible and good lighting. If the photo won't work, we'll email you to ask for another and a day is lost.
- Check names, dates and accents before paying. Changes are only possible within the first 60 minutes.
- Check the estimated date on the product page before you buy. If it doesn't match your date, choose a faster piece.
What about the festive season?
For Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day, we announce an order deadline on the website for guaranteed on-time delivery. During those weeks we produce much faster, often in 1 working day, so that everything placed before the deadline arrives on time. If you order by that date, it will arrive. The Christmas 2026 order deadlines are already published. Outside those campaigns, the times above apply. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
