How much does a personalised photo frame cost?
Short answer: at iFrame a personalised framed print costs from €35,90 up to €79,90, with the frame included. The price depends mostly on the size: on most models 13 × 18 cm costs €35,90, 21 × 30 cm €39,90, 30 × 40 cm €49,90 and 40 × 50 cm €64,90. Framed portraits drawn from your photo cost more.

The frame (black, white or beige MDF with protective glass, ready to hang) is included in every size. Some models start at 21 × 30 cm and some have their own prices; the exact price is on each product.

Why do personalised frame prices vary so much?
- With or without a frame. Some shops sell only the print. Ours comes in an MDF frame with protective glass, ready to hang.
- Size. A 40 × 50 cm print costs more than a 13 × 18 cm one.
- Photos or a drawing. A photo frame is laid out by us with your photos; a portrait is drawn especially for you, so it costs more (see portrait prices).
- Preview. On photo frames you check the result with the «Preview» button before paying, which avoids mistakes with names and dates.
- Paper and finish. Printed on premium paper and made in Portugal.
What is included
- The frame with protective glass, ready to hang.
- iFrame's own gift box with a card («Esta caixa contém amor», this box contains love) and a little bag of sweets, ready to give.
- Changes or cancellation up to 60 minutes after purchase, by email to geral@iframe.pt.
- The 3-year legal guarantee of conformity against manufacturing defects. If it arrives with a defect, a personalisation error or transport damage, we reprint or replace it at no cost.
How long it takes
Framed prints and maps: 3 to 6 working days to reach you in mainland Portugal, including production and delivery, counted from payment confirmation. Framed portraits drawn from a photo: 4 to 7. Spain: add 2 working days. Other European Union countries: add 3 to 5. These are the times we guarantee. Many orders leave us within 1 or 2 working days and arrive earlier. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
