How much does a personalised necklace cost?
Short answer: at iFrame a personalised necklace costs from €32,90 to €49,90. The engraved photo necklace, our most popular, costs €39,90, the same as the line art portrait necklace (€39,90). The set of two puzzle necklaces costs €49,90. All are stainless steel, with a 45 cm chain plus 5 cm adjustable, and the engraving is made directly on the pendant.

Models and prices
Finishes: silver, gold and, on several models, rose gold. The pendant sizes are shown in the images of each product.
Why do personalised necklace prices vary so much?
- The metal. Ours is stainless steel, chain and pendant, made to be worn every day.
- Engraving or a sticker. The engraving is made directly on the pendant, with no sticker or glued print.
- Photo or drawing. An engraved photo is prepared from your picture; a line art portrait is drawn especially for you.
- Preview. On the photo and name necklaces you see the result with the «Preview» button before paying. The line art portrait has no preview, because it is drawn after the order.
What is included
- Chain and pendant, ready to wear.
- iFrame's own gift box with a card («Esta caixa contém amor», this box contains love) and a little bag of sweets, ready to give.
- Changes or cancellation up to 60 minutes after purchase, by email to geral@iframe.pt.
- The 3-year legal guarantee of conformity against manufacturing defects. If it arrives with a defect, a personalisation error or transport damage, we replace it at no cost. Normal wear is not covered.
How long it takes
Necklaces: 4 to 7 working days to reach you in mainland Portugal, including production and delivery, counted from payment confirmation. Spain: add 2 working days. Other European Union countries: add 3 to 5. These are the times we guarantee. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
