The time needed to receive your order includes production and delivery. Count in working days, from payment confirmation, for mainland Portugal:

• Light-up plaques and lamps: 2 to 5 working days
• Tiles, mugs, frames and maps: 3 to 6 working days
• Clothing, necklaces and hand-drawn portraits: 4 to 7 working days

These are the times we guarantee. Many orders leave us within 1 or 2 working days and arrive earlier.

Yes. All products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity against manufacturing defects. If your piece arrives with a defect, a personalisation error or transport damage, email geral@iframe.pt with photos and we will reprint or replace it at no cost. It does not cover normal wear, misuse or damage after delivery. Full conditions in our Returns Policy.

Your piece arrives in iFrame's own box, decorated with hearts, with a card that reads «This box contains love» and a little bag of gummy sweets. Whoever receives it gets more than the product: they get the experience of opening a gift, ready to give with no wrapping needed.

It is made in Portugal by our team, with a preview before you pay on most products, changes up to 60 minutes after purchase and a free reprint if it arrives with a defect. Many orders ship within 1 to 2 working days.
