All custom light panels and frames are made from crystal acrylic to ensure the best resistance and durability. The prints on the crystal acrylic are done directly to achieve the highest quality of detail in the printing.

iFrame® panels DO NOT have vinyl, DO NOT have glue, and DO NOT have stickers. Unlike other custom panels, our printing of text and images will NOT come off, "peel," or look crooked.

The time between payment/order completion and receiving it at your address will depend on your geographical location and will always be a combination of the production time of the plates and the normal shipping time:

Plate production time: 6 to 8 business days

Normal delivery time (with tracking number included*):

Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 business days - €3.95

Madeira/Azores: 2 to 4 business days - €6.95

Spain: 3 to 5 business days - €5.95

Rest of Europe: 4 to 8 business days - €11.95

Our EU customers will not need to pay extra customs fees.

Yes. All personalized iFrame® plaques are protected by a 1-year warranty (after receipt by the customer). Our warranty only covers plaques that have any visible damage resulting solely and exclusively from normal use of the product.
