The time between payment/completion of the order and receipt of it at your address will depend on your geographic location and will always be a combination between production time and production time normal shipping:

Design creation time: 1 to 2 business days

Production time: 2 to 4 business days

Shipping time (with tracking number included*):

Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 business days - €3.95

Madeira/Azores: 2 to 4 working days - €6.95

Spain: 3 to 5 working days - €5.95

Rest of Europe: 4 to 8 business days - €11.95

Our EU customers will not need to pay extra fees customs.

Returns:

We only accept returns that comply with our warranty.

100% cotton twill hats with metal buckle, adjustable to any size.

All products are protected by a 1-year warranty (after collection by the customer).

If your personalization doesn't live up to what we promised, we'll reprint it or give you your money back. To do this, you simply need to return the product in the condition you received it!

Our warranty only covers plates that have any visible damage arising solely and exclusively from normal use of the product.
