The time between payment/completion of the order and receipt of it at your address will depend on your geographic location and will always be a combination between production time and production time normal shipping:

2) Production time: 2 to 4 business days

Yes. All customizations are protected by a 1-year warranty (upon receipt by the customer). Our warranty covers all products that have any visible damage arising solely and exclusively from normal use of the product.

Yes! It is also possible to purchase the portrait in digital format together with personalization. If you want to receive the digital portrait, you can take advantage of the 50% discount when purchasing together!

Unfortunately we can only place a single name on your order. This name must be that of the person who will receive the order at the address indicated, it can be the name of the customer or the name of the person who will receive the surprise!

All plaques, frames with light and custom frames are sent inside an iFrame gift box that serves as packaging. Unfortunately we do not offer a wrapping service for our box. Our custom clothing is sent together with a gift love bag (tote bag). Despite not being wrapped, the love bag can later be wrapped by you to give to someone special!
